ÉCOLE DE MUSIQUE PÔLE SUD
Song, flute, saxophones, piano, violin, guitars (classical, jazz, flamenca, electric and acoustic), electric bass and double bass, battery and percussion, are the instruments taught in this public school that promotes interdisciplinary exchanges - theatre, dance and music. The curriculum is complete, the musical practice begins at the age of 5 in the awakening workshop, at 6 years of age, with the musical initiation course. For 7 years, the musical training "children and adolescents" - the good old theory - is organised in four levels to acquire basic musical concepts. For teenagers and adults, a 3 level cycle is proposed through the study of a varied repertoire (scholarly music, jazz, current music…). Public establishment requires scholarships to make this service accessible to the most disadvantaged.
