What an amazing hotel, it was like being at home, the breakfast (included in rate) was very good, same variety as in some of the big chains), fresh and enjoyable in the reception area / bar. They have free tea and water all day long and games for the youngsters. Despite road works going in, you could not hear it inside the hotel. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. They even kindly looked after the luggage after we checked out as the bus onwards wasn’t til later. Another good thing is that it is just literally 5-8 mins walking from station - straight upwards, passing many good restaurants. All the famous sites of Strasbourg are all within 5-10 mins away walking. And the trams are literally on the doorstep, there’s a stop a few mins outside. But the staff deserve the best thanks as it was them who made the stay memorable. Thank you will definitely come back.

Het hotel ligt in het centrum en heeft een privé-parking. Vergeet deze wel niet vooraf te reserveren (25€/dag). Want in het drukke centrum is het moeilijk parkeren. Als je reist met een dakkoffer, kan je geen parkeergarages in rijden (tot 1,8 of 1,9m hoog). Parkeren op straat is niet goedkoop.
Het ontbijtbuffet was goed voorzien, de glazen etc waren echter vuil. De kamer was ok, maar eerder gewoontjes en wat ouder.

We are traveling Europe by car and booked this hotel only for the free parking they have. Turns out the ,,free parking” is full (fits only 8 cars). Then they redirected us to a different parking, which is quite far away when walking with suitcases and backpacks. That’s not all, we thought the parking would be actually free, like we booked, turns out we had to pay 44Eur for the parking just for one night. Do not come to this hotel if you also need a space to park your car. ❤️

Standort war super, sehr zentral. Zimmer war auch in gutem Zustand, es wurde regelmäßig geputzt und die Klima Anlage war funktionstüchtig. Trotzdem gab es einige Mängel an dem Hotel, der Mülleimer in dem Zimmer war sehr klein, ungünstig für mehrere Personen. Mehr Englisch Kenntnisse wären in einem Hotel wünschenswert… Außerdem waren wir um 13:00 im Parkhaus und ab 15:00 durfte man ins Zimmer. Wir haben um 13:00 schonmal eingecheckt und sind dann in die Stadt. Als wir um 15:00 ins Zimmer wollten, haben sie uns trotzdem noch eine halbe Stunde warten lassen…schade. Sie hatten zwei Stunden um das Zimmer fertig zu machen.

The area outside seems rough and the parking was far through Strasbourg traffic took a very long time!

Merci pour ce superbe week-end strasbourgeois. L’emplacement est juste idéal. Chambre très agréable et l’équipe très serviable et sympathique.

Posizione eccellente. Servizio ottimo e puntuale (settimana caldissima, acqua, the e caffè offerti, davvero impagabili). Camere ben pulite.

Tam çarşının içinde harika bir otel. Odaları gayet temiz. Biz superior double room’da kaldık gayet genişti ve gördüğü sokak çok güzeldi. Tren garına yürüyerek 10 dakika.
En çok da çalışanların yardımsever tavırları ve sıcakkanlı olmalarından memnun kaldık.

Location of this hotel was very close to Le Petit, France, although the hotel itself was in a little bit of a sketchy area. Room was okay, definite plus that it had air conditioning that worked well. Front desk people were pleasant. Breakfast was OK.

Perfekt läge i utkanten av Petit France. Bra frukost. Spolningen på toaletten fastnade, men fixades fort och vi fick en hink med dryck som plåster på såren. Ko mer gärna tillbaka.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Kaijoo. The room was modern, clean, and stylishly furnished – I felt comfortable right away. I especially appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, which is clearly implemented. The location in the heart of Strasbourg is perfect – many sights are within walking distance.

Fint hotell, tyvärr inte 5 stjärnor då det var unga människor som jobbade där och det var under vår vistelse lite av en lekstuga för personalen. På vår våning 5 så sov en av personalen(kille) i en av sofforna, det var obehagligt och märkligt då han sov där i flera timmar. Vid frukosten så körde en annan av personalen (kille) sin elsparkcykel genom frukostbuffén. Vi fick däremot fantastiskt bemötande när vi checkade in av en urgullig tjej. Girls rules????

Bra läge i stan - gångavstånd till både tågstationen och katedralen. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal och familjesviten vi bodde i var både mysig och bekväm för fem personer. Dessutom med utsikt över klassiska franska tak :) Blev även positivt överraskad av frukostbuffén. Rekommenderas!

Very clean room, comfortable bed and great central location.
If you need parking, make sure you book in advance. Limited spaces. But if not, you can park nearby at Indigo Woldi near the train station.
Breakfast is worth the money. Plentiful and diverse (Gluten free bread available)

Fabulous location and good size room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely consider staying here again as it was really great value for money. Loved the added touch of free sparkling and still water bottles that you could take back to your room. Highly recommend.

Buena estancia. Personal de recepción muy amable y muy atentos. [Nassim y sus compañeros].Habitaciones limpias, buen desayuno y variado. Nos han atendido muy bien. Bien ubicado para viajar con y sin coche, conocer la ciudad,etc. Cerca de todo lo que queríamos visitar, y con acceso muy próximo estacion de tren , alquiler vehículos. Muy buena opción para visitar esta bonita parte de Francia. Importante para nosotros, admite mascotas.

Harika bir otel. Odası, kahvaltısı, çalışanlarıyla her şey mükemmeldi. 6 yaşındaki oğlum da çok sevdi. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissedeceksiniz. Girişteki su, çay, kahve imkanları da oldukça faydalı. Ayrıca satranç, uno, scramble gibi kutu oyunlarını da oynayabilirsiniz. Tekrar gelmeyi çok isterim. Şehir de çok güzel.
