Restaurant offering typical French dishes in Strasbourg.

Formerly a den of union activists, La Hache has been transformed into a chic and intimate bistro. On the menu, typical local dishes such as andouillette or frogs' legs, but also more classic suggestions that can be found in many brasseries: entrecote, tartar, fried mussels. Open all day, you can come with friends to share a platter of cold cuts and a glass of wine (nice cellar) until very late at night (hot food is offered until midnight, which is relatively rare in Strasbourg). The restaurant also offers you the possibility to make online reservations on its website.

J'ai visité le restaurant il y a quelques années et j'ai été très heureuse de constater qu'il était tout aussi merveilleux que dans mes souvenirs ! Le voyage d'une heure et demie en valait vraiment la peine ! Le personnel et la nourriture étaient exceptionnellement bons. La carte est parfaite telle qu'elle est. Nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement à l'aise. Et le mélange de personnalités parmi les autres invités était également agréable à voir. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute
