Restaurant to spend a good time in perspective accompanied by good wines in Strasbourg.

Stella and Sébastien Layen know how to feed their little world, including many regulars who come especially for lunch and its formula. But what's really worth the detour is the 5-course discovery tasting menu, with matching wines, cooked according to the inspiration of the moment. On the menu, for example: filet of duckling with orange parsnip purée, scallops with mushroom mousse or, for a delightful dessert: a range of chocolate tapas. All in all, a great time, enhanced by fine wines!

Toujours ravi de venir dîner à l'Amuse Bouche. La carte n'est pas grande, le restaurant non plus d'ailleurs, et c'est tant mieux. La qualité et la quantité sont au rendez vous. Le service est agréable et souriant. Amateur de vins averti, je fais des découvertes à chaque venue... Continuez ainsi...

Tout était excellent.... Parfait du début à la fin. Un petit coup de coeur pour le dessert à la rhubarbe. Bons conseils pour les vins du serveur, qui, de plus ,est très gentil.

Très bon restaurant. Toutefois, un brin déçut par le menu St Valentin qui s'est avéré plus cher et à mes yeux moins exceptionnel que le menu "découverte" que j'avais prit la dernière fois et qui m'avait d'avantage marqué les papilles (effet première fois, peut être...).
Mais ça reste une très bonne expérience.
