A mon avis le meilleur restaurant de toute la région concernant la viande. Cela fait une dizaine d'année que j'y vais 2 fois par an et je n'ai jamais été déçu. je me demande parfois où ils vont chercher la viande tellement elle est excellente. Service toujors très rapide.

Meat and offal original and impossible often elsewhere in Strasbourg. Kind and friendly service. A beautiful terrace in summer. Without reservation, impossible to eat at lunchtime except in summer when the terrace is open.

as its name suggests the speciality of this large restaurant is the meat! I loved my chicken liver! on the other hand there is enormously world, it is a shame because the noise becomes painful with long!
