A boutique housed in a former farmhouse, which focuses on the essentials. It focuses exclusively on local products, most of them AOC: cider from the Pays d'Auge, pommeau from Normandy, young, vintage or aged calvados, apple juice. Thierry and Michelle, the owners, will also introduce you to ready-made dishes, including rillettes, duck foie gras and Caen-style tripe.
