One of the best-known restaurants in the Pays d’Auge, in the heart of the village’s old covered market.

It’s not for everyone’s pocket, but this address, set up under the village’s old covered market, is one of the Augeron region’s top restaurants. In the kitchen, Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Bansard has given way to Adrien Haye, formerly second-in-command here. The menu, which evolves with the seasons and the produce of local producers, honours the terroir while giving free rein to fantasy. The wine list, with some 350 references, is impressive! A resolutely refined stopover.

Un service des plus raffiné avec de petites attentions toutes particulièrement appréciables et une cuisine sophistiquée avec de nouvelles saveurs. Un cadre magnifique où il a été très agréable de manger au coin du feu. Je recommande vivement.

Repas pour l'anniversaire de ma grand mère. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons tous très très bien mangé. Le menu était délicieux. Nous reviendrons pour une prochaine occasion.

Torniamo a distanza di qualche anno in questo stupendo villaggio, un angolo veramente unico.
Torniamo quindi anche in questo squisito ristorante.
L'attuale Chef era un aiuto del precedente Chef-Titolare.
La scuola non mente e sicuramente poco per volta tornerà la stella sulla guida Michelin.
Tutto delizioso dall'antipasto al dolce.
Consigliato certamente.
