Bucolic, Saaf Café lazes in the lush gardens surrounding the old town of Al Hamra. Surrounded by palm and fruit trees, several platforms on stilts linked by footbridges create quasi-private "cabanes" where you can enjoy a drink and a sweet treat. In the evening, the garlands give the place an oriental guinguette feel. This is not the only curiosity of this atypical place, which also houses an improbable numismatic museum displaying a collection of banknotes and coins from Oman and elsewhere.
