It is one of the largest complexes and the highest in the neighbourhood, with no fewer than 70 shops. The ground floor is mainly devoted to clothing stores, jewellery stores and perfume stores (Giordano, Al Felaij Watches, Al Qurm Shoes, Perfect Woman Fashions, New Gift Centre…), while the basement aligns sports and electronics stores (The Athlete's Sport, Bosch, Oh, LG Electrical…).
