This church was completed by Joao I in 1425 and was only completed in 1446. It bears the influences of the various periods that followed, Romanesque, Gothic, Neoclassical… Note the Gothic portal and the th century flower at its summit.

Beautiful church with character, very stone below the alley distance of Rio filed, you cannot miss it, it is the tallest building in the city, indeed rose window on the entrance of the church, which is beautifully restored and seems like new!
