Museum installed in the old episcopal palace built between 1750 and 1786, with some paintings in Lamego.

The museum of Lamego is located in the old episcopal palace built between 1750 and 1786. Vast white rooms, fresh, with impeccable parquet floor; the objects and the works are well presented. In addition to a first floor quite well supplied with lapidaries (tombs, coats of arms...), the museum counts some pieces of painting. Temporary exhibitions are very often presented there. The program is rigorously kept on the website, very practical to find all the additional information for your visit.
