Perched atop the mountains in the picturesque village of Folgosinho, km from Gouveia, one of the region's fabulous restaurants. In the programme: rabbit rice cooked in his blood (coelho de coelho), leg boar, cabri à, Serra cheese. In short, a gourmet meal served with sympathy and to taste with a good, small, Vin wine. It is better to book this weekend.

Une adresse que j'ai connu lors de notre voyage en Portugal. Tout y est parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'à l'assiette. Un des meilleurs restos à Serra da Estrela.
