The historic Paço dos Cunhas estate, one of the most important homes of the Portuguese nobility, and the mythical Vigne do Contador, the architectural heritage of the village of Santar, mark the start of a jeep tour of the village's mansions and houses with coats of arms. Leaving the village, we plunge into the immensity of the vineyards surrounding the Casa de Santar winery, climbing the Vinha dos Amores (Vineyard of Lovers ) to contemplate one of the largest vineyard plots in the region, with an obligatory stop under the hundred-year-old cork oak. For the tasting, we chose the Casa de Santar Réserve Blanc and Casa de Santar Réserve Rouge wines, accompanied by a gastronomic experience of the region, the Tábua Nobre (noble plate), by chef Henrique Ferreira. Exclusive and unique, this tour takes us on a stroll through the Casa de Santar wine-growing heritage to appreciate the vineyards that stretch around Santar, passing by the Casa de Santar winery. Serenely, we are led along the paths of the gardens of the Paço dos Cunhas, an estate dating back to 1609, passing by the best representation of old vines in the Dão region, the Vigne do Contador. Then the wine tasting includes, in addition to Casa de Santar Rosé, two wines that demonstrate the versatility of Dão grape varieties to create distinct wines, perfect for the most demanding connoisseurs, Casa de Santar Blanc de Curtimenta andOutono de Santar Colheita Tardia (Autonone de Santar late harvest). It includes the Tábua Nobre (noble plate), a local gastronomic proposal created by chef Henrique Ferreira.

Discover the wines of terroir and identity, such as Encontro 1 Blanc, from the Bairrada region, Casa de Santar 8 Parcelas Tinto (red), from the Dão region, and Alentejo, represented by the famous Secret de Saturno Tinto (red).
