You will often see these colorful gondolas passing by in this "Portuguese Venice". These traditional elongated boats are the delight of tourists going for a ride under the sun. They are indeed part of the tourist offer that everyone succumbs to because these gondolas are the best way to explore the canals with explanations about the saltworks and the life of the fishermen in the time when Aveiro lived from this trade. You will pass by the Beira mare sailors' district. Very friendly welcome from the moliceiros.

La ballade dure 45 minutes et nous avions un guide français qui nous a faire découvrir l'histoire de la ville
Cette ballade permet d'aller jusqu'au bout de la ville et de voir les marais salants et les anciennes fabriques de porcelaine
Notre balade (8€) a duré 45 minutes et notre "conducteur" nous a expliqué en partie l'histoire d'Aveiro. Par contre, il ne parlait ni anglais ni français ... Heureusement que nous étions avec un autre groupe de français, dont une personne traduisait du portugais au français ...
