Regulars helping with service or just waiting, no tourists in sight... always a good sign. This mini tasca, with its walls covered in photos of bulls, is in full operation. Specializing in bitoques (pork and veal topped with an egg and served with French fries), the place is always busy. And with good reason: it's the country's most popular dish, perfect at any time of day when time is short. Florindo, with his oversized goodwill, runs around without neglecting anyone. And where does it take place? At the municipal market.
