A simple and fresh dining room with a two-tone checkerboard floor, some discreet lighting: we are not here to impress the gallery but to eat, and well! On the menu: crayfish bread with fresh herbs; cod with sautéed sprouts; partridge puff pastry and dried fruit salad; duck breast, mushrooms, sautéed vegetables and fried garlic; cod on a bed of mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach and boiled eggs. Pretty, gourmet names for carefully presented dishes, full of love and personality: what is beautiful is often good!

We are traveling around the southern areas of Portugal and are very much enjoying the food that we have been provided with! At Lombardo they made us feel at home! The service was excellent and everyone was extremely kind! Our food was all local and that is really what you’re looking for on a trip through Europe. The food is delicious and is an amazing representation of the Portuguese cuisine! It is located in a nice spot that is charming to walk through and will show you the greatness of Evora!

Quiet spot in an alley—fantastic food and very friendly service; attentive as well. No rush to leave once finished. Sit and enjoy the rest of your wine or enjoy a cafe. About 40 euro/person includes appetiser, bottle of wine, and chef’s recommendations. Would visit again for sure. Photo is the tuna steak.

Certamente dos melhores restaurantes de Évora.
Óptimo ambiente, ficámos num terraço cá fora, com a nossa bebé de 2 meses, o que nos deu privacidade.
A comida estava toda óptima, destacando a sobremesa, pudim de queijo fresco.

Really lovely restaurant with great food and service. We had the pumpkin, fennel and ginger soup and I had the superb tuna which was cooked beautifully. I would really recommend this restaurant!
