Considered a very good restaurant, it was founded in 1945 and has been run by the Fialho family for several generations. Here we are at the source of great Portuguese and regional gastronomy: here, we cook with respect for local produce: wild asparagus with eggs, queijo de ovelha Monte da Vinha, wild boar fillet with apples, pork cheeks in red wine, to name but a few... Top-of-the-range delights, accompanied by wines of impeccable quality, which attract fine Portuguese mouths as well as passing visitors.
