This farol allows to see at the same time the white village of Vila Nova de Milfontes, the Rio Mira and the Atlantic Ocean.

It's hard to miss, because even though it's not very high, the farol overlooks the ocean just a 5-minute drive from the village. You can't visit it, but it's an easy walk to get a superb view of the white village of Vila Nova de Milfontes, the Rio Mira and the Atlantic Ocean. Depending on the time of day and the weather, you'll be able to take a variety of shots, showing all the diversity of an ocean and seaside landscape.
