Right in the heart of Beja's pedestrian zone, this house, founded in 1893, is a meeting place: everyone passes by Luiz da Rocha's, either in the upstairs restaurant or in one of the café's two rooms. It's an opportunity to meet locals and visitors from all over the world. For a reasonable price, the establishment offers simple, nourishing cuisine: ensopado de borrego, costeletas de borrego grelhadas, carne de porco à alentejana. A sister address is located in the south of the city, at 55 Avenida Fialho de Almeida.
