This modern establishment with two rooms and a small terrace has become a gastronomic reference. The menu offers a refined cuisine based on traditional Portuguese products. The emblematic cod is cooked in the oven or in a gratin, accompanied by clams. The wines offered are from a cellar of more than 250 great names, which the French-speaking waiters will recommend to you. Sweet tooths will keep a small place for the esfera de figo to be allowed in dessert. Faz Gostos is definitely at the top of our "eat parade"!

ce restaurant a ouvert une terrasse cet été et a maintenu son menu a 15€ le midi et a ouvert une nouvelle salle. Maitre d’hôtel polyglotte et professionnel. Nourritures de qualité.

Le Fas Gostos est une belle découverte : cadre soigné, personnel accueillant parlant français, cuisine de qualité à petit prix. De la recherche dans les plats même pour le menu à 15 €. Sa situation au coeur de la vieille ville de Faro permet une halte sympathique lors des visites.

Exceptional! Beware, go in Faro non-stop in this place would be a bad taste. Welcome and friendly service, not very expensive and à la carte and set menus. Where the competitors serve sempiternal even cod, it creates an original menu, worthy of excellent French houses. Extensive wine list of the region. Inquire over the closing days (Sunday a priori).
