On the4th floor of the Faro Hotel, this restaurant offers a unique panoramic view of Faro, not to be missed at sunset. The decoration is sober and elegant, the service is attentive and the cuisine is for real gourmets with, for example, local clams bathed in a butter and garlic sauce, or a supreme of free-range chicken with shrimps on a bed of vegetables. Finally, try the cheeses from the town of Serpa, served with a quince and dried fruit marmalade. The promise of a gustatory journey, perfect for a romantic dinner.
