The Terminal Rodoviario (also known as Rodoviaria) is located near the Ria Formosa, halfway between the train station and the heart of the city. Buses are available to the major cities of the Algarve (Lagos, Vila Real de Santo António, Tavira, Albufeira, etc.) and the country (Braga, etc.) as well as to the surrounding area, and to Seville (via Huelva, twice a day) and other European destinations. The new Proximo station is dedicated exclusively to urban transport. You can buy your ticket directly from the driver, as in the past.

Déjà, vous ne pouvez prendre vos tickets à l'avance, prévoir donc d'arriver 20 à 30mn à l'avance, beaucoup de monde .
Ils sont malaimables et ne vous indiquent pas sur quel quai le bus de votre destination va arriver ; les bus arrivent dans un hangar ouvert à 3 quais où ils restent, le temps de débarquer les bagages des uns et rembarquer les bagages des autres, moteurs ALLUMES et c'est dans ce VACARME qu'ils font leur annonce et seulement en PORTUGAIS alors q'il y a plein de touristes de toute nationalité et qu'ils peuvent parler anglais.
Donc, on était là depuis 20mn à attendre et le bus est parti sans nous (n'étant pas sur le bon quai et n'ayant rien compris à leur annonce) !...
Le comble, ils n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser et pour prendre le prochain il fallait repayer ! donc on a pris le TRAIN. A fuir ou pensez à notre expérience.
