With your eyes fixed on the castle of Silves, you will taste here an excellent regional cuisine. On the map, you will find the specialities of the Algarve: arroz de tamboril (anglerfish), peixe cozido, cataplana, feijoada de buzinas. In other words, Portuguese rice, fish, Portuguese bouillabaisse, stew.... Excellent duck dishes too. You should also enjoy the rustic decoration of the room. This is enough to spend an excellent traditional meal in a typical setting where tourists and locals meet.

Derrière le château de Silves dans un cadre campagne.
Très bonnes spécialités, plusieurs plats du jour au choix + la carte.
La salle est immense mais elle peut être pleine un dimanche midi en hiver car c'est un restaurant apprécié des locaux.
En dessert, la tarte caroube (alfaroba) et feuilles de chocolats est délicieuse.
