The beach of Sagres is the easiest to reach. Much less sheltered from the wind than the neighboring beach of Beliche, Tonel is a favorite spot for windsurfers. From the sand, you can see on the left the fortress of Henry the Navigator. The ochre-blond color of the cliffs and the clarity of the water contribute greatly to the beauty of the site. The access to the beach was dug naturally, thanks to water infiltrations. The regular fall of stones on the beach reminds us that erosion continues its work.

un charme fou
Plage à surf par excellence, il y a des surfeurs à tout moment, spot réputé du Sud en Algarve, pour y descendre chemin assez pentu et glissant évitez les tongs! sinon parking juste au dessus (celui du fort de Sagres). Pour les curieux le sommet de la falaise surplombant la plage est idéal pour admirer et faire vos photos!

La ville de Sagres est réputée pour les surfeurs et les véliplanchistes. La plage du tonel est bien aménagée et vous trouverez facilement le matériel pour profiter des bonnes vagues. Attention: L eau reste fraiche même l été sur cette ville de l extrémité de l Algarve
