Museum in a palace in Marinha Grande exhibiting artistic glassware, antique glass, vases and other pieces of cut crystal.
Glass factories were established in Marinha Grande in the 18th century under the leadership of the Marquis de Pombal and the British industrialist William Stephens. The museum is housed in an elegant palace of neoclassical inspiration, including beautiful English-style gardens. Access through an iron gate where the bell that once called the workers to work is still visible. Inside, artistic glassware, antique glass, a collection of cups and vases, jars and other precious cut crystal pieces.

An interesting restored museum there is little. Interesting is due to the fact that you can see how the glass was worked at the time. Marinha Grande has kept its activity centred around the glass and mussels.
