Situated on top of a hill overlooking a village, this hotel consists of a dozen houses, all with a fireplace and a balcony with a magnificent view of the national park, the tea plantations, and Lake Kivu in the distance. The ensemble is a little dated, but the setting is unbeatable. A simple and uncluttered welcome. Buffet meal in the evening under an impressive traditional-style straw hut.

It offers 2 safari tents, equipped with mattresses, 6 rooms and 6 wooden chalets (with bathroom and fireplace), as well as a camping area. Basic comfort. There is also an "à la carte" mountain lodge style restaurant. The lodge has real potential, but it deserves a lot of improvement. Expansion work is planned for a total of 20 cottages and a second panoramic restaurant.
