This trendy place is run by expatriates and wealthy Kigaliens. People are affluent because the place is pleasant, airy, with a beautiful view of the city. Very large selection of wines and spirits. Good music also! And a tone lower than the time of the ancient Version version, which had indeed had to close (especially) for that reason.
