This trendy place is run by expatriates and wealthy Kigaliens. People are affluent because the place is pleasant, airy, with a beautiful view of the city. Very large selection of wines and spirits. Good music also! And a tone lower than the time of the ancient Version version, which had indeed had to close (especially) for that reason. Finally, the boss, Raphaël, has an eye to everything and will intervene to prevent unwelcome sometimes soaked from being gênent.
