Art lovers, this is a place to visit. You will get a glimpse of Rwandan art creation and you may well leave with a painting under your arm. The Kigali Art Center was founded by two former students of the Nyundo School of Art, Casimir Kabandana and Fabrice Girihirwe, who are now well known. The center exhibits works (available for sale) by seasoned painters and sculptors as well as young talents. Painting workshops are organized on Saturdays for children. Thursday evenings are devoted to networking with musical evenings.
