Hélas je n'ai pas pu apprécié la qualité de leur service car ils n'ont pas répondu à mon mail leur demandant de me faire une proposition de circuit. Dommage ! Je me suis donc tournée vers une agence plus réactive et qui nous a apporté une grande satisfaction !

Bosco était notre chauffeur, il nous a accueillis à l'aéroport en provenance de Johannesburg et nous avons passé les quatre jours suivants ensemble. Un homme si charmant.
Bosco était très attachant et avait un merveilleux sens de l'humour. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous et nous avons pris soin de nous. Je voyageais avec ma sœur et ma fille. Je recommanderais Bosco et cette compagnie touristique à tous ceux qui voyagent dans cette région.

Je tiens à remercier Eulade Munyaneza qui a été notre guide touristique et notre chauffeur au parc de l'Akagera hier. Le plus important, c'est qu'il était à l'heure (5 heures du matin) à notre home????????. Il a très bien communiqué avec tous les enfants à bord et a engagé la conversation avec nous tous. Il est très poli, respectueux et patient avec les enfants. Je le recommande vivement et je ne manquerai pas de faire appel à lui la prochaine fois que nous partirons en safari. Merci Palast Safari

Mes vacances au Rwanda ont été les meilleures. J'ai adoré les gens et les hôtels. J'ai fait 2 treks de gorilles et cela devait être la meilleure partie du voyage. Les hôtels étaient bons et les services super. Je serai de retour au Rwanda.

Gorilla Trekking VIP Tour.
I was pretty excited to go on the Gorilla trekking experience, What a fascinating, comprehensive behind the scenes tour. I’ve done the regular tour and the VIP as well but this was really amazing. Our guide, was so hospitable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, very patient with all our questions. We were a group of 7 so we .had him all to ourselves The new tour office is pretty looking perfect and so was the champagne. we were transported around Musanze Town, with Claude providing a steady stream of fun facts and historical tidbits. The lunch was delicious and we loved that it was outside on such a perfect day. I would highly recommend doing this tour even if you are not a big movie buff it was an awesome tour, Got to see several cats, baby chimpanzees, and many gorilla Families in different locations. Also views of different cultural norms at Ibyiwacu cultural Center sets, Lots of fun and worth every penny. a cool and memorable souvenir on our way back!
My family and I are so grateful for this VIP tour, It was absolutely fantastic.
we can't wait to come back to PALAST TOURS RWANDA. keep up guys.
