Jos Nusbaumer distillery, the place to find quality brandies, liqueurs and creams in a unique setting in Steige.
This artisan distillery maintains an ancestral know-how historically linked to the Vallée de Villé. It offers some forty spirits in the form of traditional fruit brandies, classic or original liqueurs, aperitif creams, mountain gins and whiskies. Some references have even been recognized in certain spirits competitions: Jos'Berri gin, Framboise Sauvage, Kirsch... To take advantage of a guided tour, please make a reservation!

Tout est à goûter, bonne qualité
She took her time, and made us feel welcome. We also knew very little about the eaux de vie and the liqueurs, but we knew the tastes we enjoyed - no snobbery - try this, try that, enjoy what you like. If I wasn’t driving, I’d have tried many more… so we’ll be back.
