This square is one of the most important in the city. It connects the central station with the Eindhoven shopping center. It is the work of the Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas who created a giant underground bicycle garage with room for more than 2,000 bikes. In the bicycle garage, excavations have been made that take us back to the region's distant past. The ensemble concludes with the BLOB, a huge glass construction that houses several stores. This Blob, Binary Large Object, has even become a strong symbol of the city.
