PHOOD KITCHEN

Phood Farm is Tim and Sabine's baby. It is a circular "aquaponics" farm that shows a symbiosis between the fish, fed naturally, which in turn provide the nutrients for the plants that in turn purify the water for the fish. The vegetables and mushrooms are grown within a few meters of your plate and the other ingredients are sourced from local, virtuous businesses. Phood Farm shows us the future of food and health. The broths and kombucha are incredible! The industrial setting is worth the trip.
