The star restaurant of the city for years, Beluga Loves You is a unique experience. It is located in the heart of the modern district designed by Jo Coenen at the foot of a bridge over the Meuse. Its clean and bright design is worth the trip. Chef Servais Tielman took over the address a few years ago and the mayonnaise has taken off. Beluga remains an address to discover for an exceptional evening in Maastricht. The setting is very trendy and the cuisine is modern and photogenic. The dishes are real paintings.
