CHÂTEAU NEERCANNE

Heaven on earth exists, we ate there and it was in the castle Neercanne. It is the only terraced castle in the Benelux, a few kilometers from Maastricht, right on the Belgian border in the Geer valley (Jekerdal). The setting is truly splendid and historical, the castle was built in 1698 by Baron Van Dopff. The gardens are the setting for exhibitions of flamboyant sculptures. Here, everything is luxury, calm and pleasure. The cuisine is delicious, refined, inventive, the setting classic and comfortable. The taste for detail is pushed to perfection.
