Museum featuring stuffed animals and a reproduction of the moa, the largest terrestrial bird that has ever existed.

One of the five largest museums in the country, and well worth a visit. In one of the main rooms, you can see stuffed animals, the reproduction of the moa, the largest land bird that ever existed, the green camel, the royal cheetah. An African art room offers art from Ghana, Ivory Coast, Zululand... There is also the gallery of Portuguese explorers, the gallery of British settlers, the fish gallery, the dinosaur gallery or the Ogilvy photo gallery with pictures of the place where the Imperial Prince died.
