Achim von Arnim has two love: the champagne and the Citroën. A DS and 2 CV sleep in the court. As for champagne, Achim made the bet to get closer to it by applying strictly the Champagne method, or rather the Cap Classic method. High Cabrière is the only private area dedicated exclusively to high-grade sparkling wines. High Cabrière also produces, in very small quantities, the only ratafia in South Africa, as well as quiet, a delicious rosé gray high from an assembly Champagne.
