The very good French chef Christophe Dehosse animates with his wife this ultra tasty stage, both fine groceries, charcuterie and bistro. There are fresh cream, organic yaourts, organic vegetables, breads and pastries. Christophe even makes rillettes and, as a local critic says, he is probably one of the only people on the continent to cook the cake to butter! If you're a little lost in the assortment of cochonnailles, ask him for advice!

La cuisine de christophe est exceptionnelle : tout en gardant notre culture française il a su retravailler la bouillabaisse façon Sud africaine. C’est un pur délice.
Les vins de la propriété vous empotent par leur goût vers un voyage où les paysages sont à perte de vue. Je vous recommande de faire un arrêt si vous aimez la gastronomie française revisitée avec simplicité et grande humilité. Christophe a gardé le geste qui fait de notre pays, l’excellence dans un écrin de tradition et de créativité
