CEDERBERG NATURE RESERVE
Go there and contact
This site is a hiker's paradise where you can discover sandstone formations and a massif home to leopards.
For hikers, a 75,000-hectare paradise of time-chiselled sandstone formations. The section around Wolfberg Peak is the most spectacular, with around 40 leopards living in the massif. By car, take the fantastic track from south of Clanwilliam over the Cederberg Pass to Prince Alfred Hamlet. A stop at the country's most remote winery is a must. At the Cederberg, David Nieuwoudt makes his pinotage-based red ceder.
