Travel Guide Mokala National Park

It is the only natural area in the country where three different ecosystems coexist on some 22 000 ha: the Karoo veld, the Kalahari veld and the grassveld. This park, which replaces the Vaalbos, is located on the Wintershoek farm. It is accessible from the N12, 57 km south of Kimberley, then track west towards Hayfield Gate for 21 km.
