If you do not wish to rent a car or take domestic flights by plane, then you can travel by bus with Intercape. It is the company that provides the most connections in the region, via Bloemfontein, the Overberg and Garden route, to George or to Port Elizabeth and East London, passing through many small towns in these areas such as Oudtshoorn, Queenstown.
