The hotel's architecture is that of a typical South African farmhouse.
Listed as part of the country's historical heritage, the Satyagraha House is an exceptional hotel to say the least. More than a century ago, the house was owned by Gandhi from 1908 to 1909. The architecture is that of a typical South African farmhouse and today houses a museum in honour of the Mahatma. The original house has seven rooms; outside, a cottage and a new wing was built to accommodate guests. You will even be able to participate in yoga or meditation classes upon reservation.

Correction de descriptif Satyagraha House
Inscrite au Patrimoine historique du pays, la Satyagraha House est une maison d'hôtes pour le moins exceptionnelle. Il y a plus d'un siècle, Gandhi vécut dans cette maison de 1908 à 1909. L'architecture est celle d'une ferme typique sud-africaine et abrite aujourd'hui un musée en l'honneur du Mahatma. L'ensemble compte sept chambres ; à l'extérieur, un cottage et une nouvelle aile a vu le jour pour accueillir les hôtes. Vous aurez même la possibilité de participer aux cours de yoga ou encore de méditation sur réservation.

Fabuleux. Ici règne l'esprit de Gandhi. Tout est "zen". C'est un lieu de méditation. On ne souhaite pas faire la fete mais se concentrer sur soi. Déjeuner végétarien.
