Located in a small street near Thien Quang Lake, this restaurant offers, as its name suggests, chà ca lang, a Hanoi specialty: fish marinated in turmeric and cooked in a pan on the table, accompanied by dill and spring onion, served with rice vermicelli, peanuts, mint leaves and other condiments. It's very tasty, and you can add fish nems (nem ca) to your meal. This establishment is frequented by locals, which is always a good sign. Smiling, pleasant service.
