It's hard to miss this famous dish during a stay in Hanoi, as it's available on almost every street corner... However, some establishments really stand out from the crowd: such is the case of Bun Cha Ta, which serves a recipe with a tasty broth and tender, flavorful pieces of meat. Our only regret is the size of the portions, which are a little small for big appetites. The restaurant also offers cooking classes, with visits to the market, shopping for produce, recipe preparation and tasting.
