Cha Ca La Vong is a Vietnamese fish speciality created at the end of the 19th century. Located in a gray villa, this is the original restaurant, not to be confused with the tourist trap of the same name at 14, Cha Ca, in the Old Quarter. In a simple but pleasant setting, you can enjoy this specialty of fried turmeric-marinated fish, served on a grill, with complementary noodles, salad and various condiments.
