Short story: amazing agency, nice people, everyhting perfectly arranged according to your personal wishes.
Long story: we had the plan to travel through Vietnam by ourselves in four weeks. We just booked the first few nights in Hanoi, where we joined the bike tour with Friends Travel. As we had a good experience on the tour and with the people in the office. We asked them to advise us on our plans to travel to Sa Pa, Ha Long Bay and join the Ha Giang Loop. They came up with a plan, we accepted it and we had a great time. Everything was arranged perfectly and we could fully enjoy travelling without any stress.
From there on we decided to ask them again to make a plan for our travels towards the center of Vietnam. You send them your ideas, wishes, preferences and they send you a proposal accordingly. Again we liked it and went for it.
We ended our journey in the south, for which we again went for advice to Friends Travel. With all the positive experiences, we let them arrange our final part of our travel as well.
So, our original plan to arrange everything on the go ourselves changed. We did everything that was on our list and more, without any stress. Everything was perfectly arranged and this really made our holiday perfect.
