A huge, elegant building with a 66-metre façade, topped by a belfry and featuring beautiful crystal chandeliers inside
Today, he is the head of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. Controversial at the time of its construction (1901-1908), this huge building looks rather like a birthday cake. Since its renovation, its 66 m façade, topped by a belfry and decorated by Ruffier, has become more elegant. Inside, beautiful crystal chandeliers give it a refined atmosphere. The illumination of the building has benefited from a partnership with the city of Lyon, whose services have been involved since 1996 in the illumination of Ho Chi Minh City's built heritage.

Il est situé dans le 1er District de Saigon, sur la rue Le Thanh Ton. On ne peut pas le manquer car il est au carrefour de rues principales d'Ho chi minh ville et surplombe un petit parc avec la statue d'Ho chi minh. Aller les voir surtout le soir, il y a un jeux d’éclairage magnifique.
