There are several branches of this establishment, but the Ben Thành branch is undoubtedly the most popular. The delicious pizzas are cooked over a wood fire using carefully selected ingredients. The artisan cheeses are made in Da Lat, the vegetables are organically grown and the cold meats are imported from Italy. Owner Yosuke Masuko is Japanese and open to all influences. The toppings are classic and sober, or adorned with exotic touches. Pizzas, but also salads and pastas... Desserts are also worth a detour.

Beau restaurant animé et délicieux
Il faut absolument faire une réservation pour avoir de la place !! Nous avons testé celui de Hanoi et celui de Ho-Chi-Minnh, et ils sont tout aussi bons. Le cadre est très sympa (industriel chic), tous les plats sont très bons (pizzas, salade, pâtes, desserts) et l'ambiance animée. Excellent restaurant si vous voulez un jour changer de la nourriture vietnamienne (excellente d'ailleurs) ! Service parfois un peu long.
