Born in 2019, this restaurant stands out from the start with its open kitchen, exhaling a warm smell of embers. Offering a market menu that is as bold as it is creative, Moncho Bargo and Javi Freijero go to the port of A Coruña every day to select their products. The dishes seem simple but reveal surprising, even exotic flavors. Crab croqueta, black scallops from Ferrol or pumpkin pie, explore the different dishes of the tasting menu.
