Opening time and information on THE HOUSE OF AMETHYST

All year round, for groups on reservation at least 15 days in advance. Low season: open on weekends from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. High season: every day from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. High season: school vacations all zones, low season: May to October. Free until 5 years old. Adult: 13 € (walk prospecting your amethyst). Child (6 to 14 years old): 11 € (walk, prospect your amethyst). Workshops: 9€ child, 11€ adult. Half-day stone-cutting course: 150€.

La ballade Prospecte ton améthyste est très agréable et permet de récolter quelques améthyste sur un beau filon. On peut terminer sur une activité polissage sur de la fluorine. Le cadre du château de Montfort est accueillant et son parc permet de Pique nique à l'ombre. Personnel accueillant et petit musée intéressant.

Bel endroit, animations intéressantes et originales, nos enfants fan de pierres ont adoré (et même les adultes ont appris plein de choses !!). Une belle découverte !!

J'ai fais la visite avec prospection. C'était absolument génial, pas cher du tout, et le personnel était charmants ! J'habite extrêmement loin, mais si j'étais à côté je reviendrais probablement régulièrement avec tous les enfants que je connais, c'était une super activité, amusant et pédagogique !
