At this trendy address, chef Aitor Esnal concocts seasonal dishes with Asian influences, taking great care in their presentation. Depending on the market, grilled artichokes with Iberian ham, a salmon tataki with quinoa, ginger mussels sautéed in a wok... The place, modern and trendy, hosts all kinds of events (afterworks, DJ sets), which also makes it a good spot for aperitifs!
